postage fees

Hi i need some help regarding postage fees

i am selling vegetable seeds. one pack is usually 1-3 grams. So its usually fits to letter or large letter. However, ebay charges my buyers too much.

when ordered 5 packs- ebay takes over £5 for postage, when only £1,55 should cost. so far i refunded everyone, who paid too much for postage but this puts potential buyers away! and i don't seem to know how i could fix this problem. 

i need people to see that 1 packet of seeds postage is £0.99 (which is currently) but the problem is when more than one pack is ordered- then ebay gives unreasonable postage fees. how could this be changed?

I looked at a few of your items, you have 99p postage and 85p for each extra item.

This is postage rate you set, not ebay.

You should also upgrade to business account as you are selling multiples of new items.

HMRC have just started contacting unregistered business sellers.

Hi, thank you for quick reply. how do i set up postage rate myself? i want automatically to put on multiple orders for £1.55 up to maximum of £3.39 

is this the table? i don't seem to know how to fill it in
