I have an item to sell and a buyer, the postage cost of selling two of these items is the same as a single item, but ebay wants to double the postal charge?
Combining postage is not working at the moment. If the items are not sold yet you could revise one to add the other item so one listing has two items. End the other listing early.
If they are sold you could cancel (via the dropdown arrow for item on your orders list) and relist both in one listing for the buyer to buy again. Or buyer pays full price and you issue a partial refund.
Two of the items have been sold so can I just use the buyer's address and post items via the Post Office? I would not purchase a postage label via Ebay. I could then just mark the items as dispatched.
