eBay item number:157534170528 which is a Video-2-pc DIY Video Capture Kit. for Windows 11, 10 8.1 8 and 7 which had a buyer but i mistakenly put in a wrong postal option and asked buyer to cancel to correct it. next thing i was issued with a policy violation even though this item is freely available and sold often by other sellers. did the buyer get upset and report me or did something come into play when sold. also i cannot remove it from the violaton list plus i cannot get a reasonable answer from my query to ebay why this item still cannot be resolved.
rather annoyed this isn't a straightforward issue to resolve...
