payments for goods sold

i have sold 9 items but was not aware of new postage rules

so have bought postage on line every has been delivered

but i cant get payment

When you buy your own labels you still need to generate the original prepaid label to be able to change the tracking numbers and mark as dispatched.

So generate the labels then go to View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.

If you paid for the original labels you can cancel them here:

Or if the buyers paid for them they will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

Even if you don't manage to do the above the payments will be released anyway in 14 days.
