payment not made by eBay

Hi, I sold an item on the 2nd of April, but I still haven’t received payment. I have been in touch with eBay BE as I set up my account in Belgium. They wrongly advised me. I talked to eBay UK, followed your instructions and was told payment would be made within 2 days. That was around a week ago. Today, the payment of £ 195 has still not been made. You understand it is very frustrating that I have to spend so much time trying to solve this, and there is no one I can talk to.

As a new seller and especially if a different country was used to make an account here in the UK,  this could have caused some delay in verifying your account.

 

There is a longer delay on all new accounts for security reasons,  for releasing a payout sooner.

 

Contact eBay Customer Services as I do believe trying to open a UK account in another country may cause longer delays in the verification process.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
