i bought a carpet cleaner off ebay with abottle of shampoo ,the seller stuck the bottle of shampoo to the top of the box and the delivery label onto the bottle of shampoo he then sent it by yodel he has proof of despatch
i week later i received a bottle of shampoo minus the carpet cleaner .i have tried to claim my money back of ebay and paypal but they are saying i have a delivery ,which i have a bottle of shampoo no cleaner its the most expensive carpet shampoo i have ever bought .what can i do now i am out of pocket i cant speak to anyone its all voice machines and yodel have dropped my call .
