parcel outside simple delivery sizing

I have an item outside simple delivery measurements.  It is 77 cm x 23 cm x 16.5 cm and weighs approximately 1180g.  "Before" I could send this via Evri with a label from Ebay for a reasonable price.  Now I cannot find a way to send it.  Seems crazy that I can't sell this.

This is still an issue that it is not showing Custom Postage for those oversize items.
