packing adana printers to send abroad

Hi, does anyone have experience of packing very heavy items abroad please? I have sold 2 Adana printers and accessories to someone in Hong Kong. I advertised them for collection only and i don't remember including international postage, and i told the buyer this when he messaged me before bidding. However the buyer is desperate to have them and wants to know if i can get them ready to be collected by some postal service. Does anyone know if there are services that will collect and pack and send items abroad? I don't think i can pack the printers because one of them is too heavy for me to hardly lift. (one is nearly 8kilos and the other is  just over 15k). Also i am thinking they will need wooden cases anyway. The buyer is wondering if 2 boxes (one inside the other) will do the job. Does anyone have any input please? Thanks in advance.

You listed them as collection only.

Personally, I would stick with that.

Tell the buyer you will have to cancel the order unless they are able to collect in person or arrange their own courier to come and collect them from you.  (If you are prepared to do that.)

I can understand why you don't want to lose the sale, but the shipping logistics and cost to Hong Kong are clearly problematic.

Say no to this buyer.

You can cancel using 'issue with buyer's address' without a negative effect on your account.

I agree with @jckl1957

It sounds too problematic to send them overseas, although I believe ebay would compensate you for any damage incurred during transit I would still be worrying that they might tell me I hadn't packed them sufficiently and may refuse to compensate.

As advised, you could ask your buyer to arrange their own courier, that way your buyer would be responsible for any damage incurred.

But the easiest solution would be to cancel. Obviously it is up to you what you decide.
