orders not arriving

i have had 2 attempted deliveries to my post office but both failed how do i talk to anyone about this !

Why are you having deliveries to a post office? You must have selected this method of delivery so speak to the post office concerned.

As PO would be open at least standard hours how can deliveries fail?

parcels to be collected is open from 8am to 10am but deliveries are at the
rear of post office are open all day so why arent the parcels being
delivered there!

Unless you have made arrangements with the Post Office ??,  undelivered mail is returned to the local Royal Mail sorting/delivery depot for collection from their office.

yes but the deliverers are going round the front of the post office instead
of the rear thats why its not open the front of the office is only open8
till 10 for collections

You can understand why no one can answer that question here, we cannot possibly know the workings of your local Post Office.

Speak to the manager there, explain what you have experienced.

If the issue isn't solved , vote with your feet,  and find another more reliable PO .

This is nothing to do with ebay, its obviously an arrangement you have between yourself and Royal Mail/ and or your post office. So in answer to your question you need to talk to them not us. We cannot help.
