I have dropped off my parcel at yodel store and have receipt as proof. It has been 3 days and on tracking info it is stating on 19th delivery driver went to collect but 'item was unavailable please re-arrange collection'. I have been into the store and they say the item is no longer there. I have tried to contact Yodel themselves but am getting nowhere as it was through e bay and not direct with them. How else to i raise this to find out where the parcel is?

If it is lost which appears to be the case, if company cannot find then you have no hope in finding it.

Once past expected delivery date buyer should open a NOT RECEIVED CASE, you refund through the case and then make a  claim on I assume Packlink if that is who you used. PACKLINK delivers nothing, best to deal direct and cut out the middle men, or use Royal Mail, their Tracked 48 is a reasonably priced service with cover up to £150, far better than Courier’s £20.
