Under the new changes will the current rules on opting out for small items under £10 still apply?

The only news on SD was yet another date for listings to be forced onto them.  I very much doubt if they will automatically apply the opt out so sellers would be wise to keep checking their listings.

I very much doubt whether the opt out will be removed as an option.

From today, ebay have reduced the 75p fee to 10p.

Buyers still pay the 4% as well.

This makes low cost items more affordable.
