old account now being charged

a few years ago I was locked out of my account and lost all contact with it.  I am now being chased by a debt colection agency regarding an outstanding seller fee?

I have had no communication with ebay as the account was locked and I didn't have any access to emails for it.  I need to get hold of them to discuss this but cannot get through on the number it just says thanks for calling and hangs up.

Anybody got any suggestions?

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
