Hi, is anyone else having problems receiving QR codes? On a few occasions now I have downloaded the QR code but not received it in my email, so am unable to dispatch item to buyer - have to keep going to speak to an advisor to get this resolved which is lengthy and getting more annoying each time and time wasting. On last problem I was told I would have to wait 24 hours to see if the label would be sent to me, so much for quick and simple delivery!!!
