new price for shipping

Hi there, before the auction the seller ask a 100EUR for shipping, but after the auction he change it and send me invoice with 1300EUR, now he don't want to change it, may be he don't want to sship it anyway. How to proceed?

Ask them to cancel the order, you've presumably not paid yet?

There may be added import tax.    You can ask him to cancel the transaction.

Noo, there is no import taxes and I don't want to cancel the order, I need those Hi-Fi stuff  but on a normal shipping price as it was. Can E-bay push the seller to comunicate with me and change that price?

You appear to be in Bulgaria using a UK registered account so therefore are subject to default UK  Import VAT plus any additional duty/shipping charges >

If either the Buyer/Seller is located or has an account registered outside the UK ,  then Import/Export VAT and any other duty is liable on  (EU > UK < EU delivery transactions).
