need help as a seller

Hello all! 

Im finding this really frustrating, i have so many questions and i cant seem to find the answer! 

1. Discounts - i want to do an offer - buy 1 get 50% off but i cant find the option for promotions! I updated my account to a business account and still cant find the option!

2. Postage - my items are jewellery so all my items i send as a large letter with royal mail, i keep seeing about having different delivery options and i cant find how i do this or how much it is? 

If anyone has any advice or even a link where i can find out more info, its so frustrating, ive read through loads of ebay articles and im still confused!

• Navigate to the "Discounts" section within the Marketing tab of your Seller Hub.
• Choose "Create discount" then "Order discount".
• Select the offer type (e.g., percentage off, fixed amount off) and how it applies to your listings.
• Choose items to include in the discount manually or by creating rules based on categories, prices, or product identifiers.
• Give the discount a name, set a duration, and add a description and image.
• Launch the discount. 
   

  2. Multi-buy Discounts:

  • Follow the same steps as for order discounts, but choose "Multi-buy" as the discount type. 
  • Define the conditions for the multi-buy (e.g., buy 3, get 15% off). 
  • Apply the discount to individual items or entire categories. 
  • Create rules to automatically select eligible items.
