H I used 10000 nectar points 14th March to buy a item and when going to check out it took the funds out of my paypal account now i cant find the vocher that was set up or when i go in to buy something else it still not comes  up and as not gone back to my nectar account either please can you be able to sort this out as its a lot of points to loss many thanks

We are members like you and cannot see your transactions and certainly cannot sort  out, only ebay can do that.

When paying you do have to select the vouchers on the left  side of the checkout  screen, then the amount you have to pay is reduced by the value of the vouchers selected.

There have been many reported issue regards Nectar vouchers being available on ebay for several days now, and ebay are looking into the issue,so it's a case of patience until fixed I'm afraid,with no date as to when that will be.
