my price is £2.49 but listing shows £2.70 ??

Private seller - Listing item for £2.49 but when I look as a quest (not logged in) the price is showing £2.70 for the item. 

Why is this ? ebay are adding a fee to the customer but I can't find any details of this before I listed the item, where can I find this info?

Currently during the listing process you put the price you want and alongside it will appear what the buyer will pay, ie. including the buyer protection fee.    Maybe it wasn't as clear previously.
