in september my storage unit was broken into and a number of boxes were stolen and others got
badly damaged, some of the boxes contained listed items, i tried to work out what i lost, but in the
meantime a number of my listed items sold before i could find out what was missing, so i had to
cancel the orders marking them as damaged or out of stock, now ebay has moved me from an
above standard seller to a below standard seller, they also removed the possibility
to promote my listing and now i am lucky if i get a single order,
i appealled all of the listings i had to cancel and they were all rejected within a few minuets of each request
my buisness has gone from hundreds of daily orders to aroun £15-£20, when i try to search for my items
they very rarely show, i tried to contact ebay about this to try to resolve the issues and they tell me there is
absolutly nothing they can do, everyone of my listing was promoted to up to 12% that is 12% that ebay wont
get anymore for every sale, so this is benifitting no one, to make it hurt a little more my feeback score has
always been 100% for years and i have the highest scores on all there ratings such as discription,postage
costs,delivery time and communication
this all just goes to show that when you contact them on the phone and they tell you thankyou for your loyalty
it does not mean they are going to be loyal to you
as it is at the moment i have now to look for a new selling platform outside ebay,
if anyone has any ideas to recover from this please let me know
