I bought a labubu which turned up damaged and is fake , have asked for a refund  can’t leave a feedback and have tried to contact seller but they have been reported already!!

Have you opened a return case through Ebay?

You should be able to leave feedback unless you bought as a guest.

It’s been deleted so unable, there was red warning to say that the seller has been reported

Seems then,  they have been selling fakes,  and perhaps too many cases opened for refunds, flagged up to eBay,  and they're removed the seller.

You can still receive a full refund if you are within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.  You need to contact Customer Services they will open a case / refund you.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
