item not received

buyer says item not received but status shows item was delivered so how i can manage this i upload the tracking on ebay and ebay status is also showing delivered

As far as ebay are concerned it has been delivered, and buyer would not win a NOT RECEIVED CASE.

Has the buyer opened an eBay case against you for Item Not Received?

If you have online tracking showing that the item has been delivered then do nothing until they do open a case.

If or when they do open a case, add your proof that the item has been delivered into the case details.

Online tracking showing that the item has been received should close the case in your favour.
