item not as described

purchased tomtom sat nav as new unopened in fact it was over 12 yrs old contacted seller who sent refund straight away,i asked for a return label as i'm not paying for the sellers mistake yet the parcel is wrapped ready to post and i have asked twice for the label...what can i do now???

The seller may not want it back, if they've refunded then they can no longer send a postage label via eBay.

I'd let them know once more that it's available for collection, then would shove it in a drawer for a month or two and forget about it.
