incorrect data name and address incorrect for sender...!!!

You really should have blurred certain data on that label, so don't be surprised if the mods remove it.

If your senders address is wrong, have you checked that the 5 eBay have on you are correct? It may well be something you have over looked.

the account data is different to the label produced by the ebay system. words and numbers have  been added and omitted. When I bought my own postage labels the info was 100%. Ebay agents have been no help so far they refuse to look at the address label or qr code and compare the data on label to the account data.
