Purchased a large amount of boxes of small plastic figures, which the seller said they were all complete. Of the 21 boxes 5 had half or less figures missing. What would you expect the seller to do to resolve the issue?
You should open "not as described" returns. Seller pays the postage. They will also have the option of issuing a partial refund (if you want to keep them) or sending the missing items. But do not close the case until they do.
Thanks for the advice, i have been in contact with the sellers , large high street charity and have sent pictures for proof but they have gone quiet! I will give it a couple of days before I get Ebay involved.
