Help I have ebay.co.uk account but just sold on ebay.com and dont know how to link payment methods

You need to first log out of this UK site and log into www.ebay.com to continue.

Thanks but maybe I did not explain well. I have been selling on.co.uk and
all is linked to payoneer. Now I have sold an item on ebay.com. It tells me
to go to ebay.co.uk to link payments . i go to my account on ebay.co.uk and
it is not clear what i need to do!!! Can someone please help me.

Apologies but your information is incorrect, for when I go to ebay.com, having logged out of ebay.co.uk, it instructs me to update my information on.co.uk and I dont then know what steps to follow.

This account is registered in Japan you need to change your country location to the UK before being able to proceed.

You will not be able to do this yourself,  so if you are in the UK and selling from here,  contact eBay Customer Services to explain you are now residing in the UK.

Their lines open a little later today at 9 a.m.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services from the link below, for a Call Back option.  I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering

No I am not residing in the UK I am currently in Japan. Moreover getting in
contact with chat support on ebay is impossible.

It's not incorrect you do need to contact eBay Customer Services for them to make this switch of country registration you cannot manually do this yourself.

Contact them today from the link I've provided, and their lines open a little later on at 9 a.m.

all my ebay accounts are linked to japan as is my payoneer. I have been
selling and receiving payments on .co.uk with no problem. Ironically i have
had no problems listing or buying on.com but as soon as i sell something,
all of a sudden i have a problem!!

Access to your account is definitely needed here,   and only Customer Services have this access so they can see the next steps you need to take and help you further along here.

Payoneer is not an accepted payment method for .co.uk accounts so goodness knows what you have done.

You are going to have to speak to customer service, but whether that is the UK one or .com one is unclear.

We can't really help with such a complicated situation.

adding to the advice already given -

Although your listings display on the UK site they confirm that what you are selling are located in Japan and you and your account are located in Japan.

So your listings displayed on the UK site don't offer payoneer as an accepted method of payment, as payoneer is not accepted on the UK site.
