So i bought a car wing off somebody to repair my vehicle, it was very crudely 1 layer bubble wrap. okay i can work with that. sadly in the meantime i had also ordered a door, i then had issues with the item not being collected from seller, no room in van etc. worried of how itll turn up i asked seller to cancel, and there was no cancel option as it was marked as posted. i then tried to return the item, the seller immediately refused.

I don't understand what you have done.
Where is the package now?
Did you return the wing or the door and was it through ebay returns as faulty?
Have you tried to return something you didn’t get?

Your question is a bit confusing about what has happened.
You bought car wing, and if was delivered. Apart from having been poorly wrapped, I don't think you have an issue with this item?
You also bought a car door. It's not clear whether this was for collection or delivery; probably for delivery, as you're "worried how it will turn up". So presumably it hasn't been delivered yet?
As the seller has refused to cancel you will have to wait until it arrives, or until after the latest estimated delivery date if it doesn't arrive. You can then if necessary use eBay's money back guarantee if the door isn't as descrived, or is overdue for delivery. See: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
If you wish to ask again when the situation is more clear someone here may be able to explain what options are availble to you.

Your problem sounds like opening a return case when you have nothing to return.
Once past delivery date you can open a not received case, but if it arrives and it is faulty you have already used and had closed the return option.
If necessary you would have to ask your payment provider to get the refund.
For information if you buy from a Properly Registered Business Seller they cannot decline a return, but of course you must have received something to return.
Private sellers do not have to accept change of mind returns, but cannot refuse Not As Described returns, but you only get one chance.
