how to delete a paid for and collected item from the ebay screen,

I advertised an item on ebay which was paid for, and was collected satisfactorily. I am unable to remove the order as ebay still want it dispatched, It doesn't accept the 'mark as disptched' . How do I clear it?  ebay have taken their commission.!

You need to do this now, only on the Seller Hub

go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage / Print Postage label, and then click the box on the left of the item.

From the Postage tab above, use the drop down menu there, if the option to mark as collected is not there, then select Mark as Paid and Mark as Dispatched.

Dispatched is eBay's wording for a collected item.
