IM from Iraq , actually I have problem in creating account because there is no Iraq in the list of countries 

so how can I buy something from e bay ??? I cant create account so I cant get the seller contacts information to deal with him 

please help me

Maybe try looking at ebay.com

Unlikely that a UK registered account will work successfully from Iraq ... as advised, use the www.ebay.com International site.

If you have managed to open a UK account, presumably you have used a UK address?

As far as I can see Iraq is not just a blocked country, it is not even in the list if countries.
