if its regarding the car you sold yesterday and have relisted -

After 4 full days cancel the transaction with - buyer did not pay - you get your selling fees back and they get an unpaid strike.

For your future reference we are members like you. We are not eBay.  We do not have any influence with them nor any access to any accounts other than our own.

We are - however - experienced members who [between us] will be able to advise on most things.

One of the principles of eBay is that they provide the members with tools which enable us all to sort out most problems.  If as suggested the buyer did not pay for the car then after 4 full days you must open a "non payer" case from the dropdown on the listing.  You will get a credit for the selling fee but will still be charged a listing fee; there is no way to get that back.  The buyer will be given a defect and if he gets two in a year will be banned from buying.  This is why sellers should do this and get rid of time-wasters.

For future reference the best way to sell a car is to use eBay's "classified" listing which allows contact and viewing; costs £19.99 if I recall.  Like a newspaper advert you do not get it back if is does not sell.

What if the buyer already told me he had no intention of buying my car
