Hello-
When listed an item for sale, I specified Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Age Verification as the delivery method, with the postage cost set at about £10xx.
However when the item sold today (Sunday), the Ebay system has unexpectedly created a UPS postage label at a significantly higher cost about £28xx, despite neither buyer, nor I selecting this UPS service at £28xx.
Why has this happened? Thanks
