Well unless you tell us what if anything you have already done, we just have to guess.

I assume that if you have opened a case, and ebay has told you a refund has been made, that you are aware refunds go back to source, and time taken depends on method of payment.

Payment by debit card, 7 days, credit card up to 30 days. 

If you have not opened a case of some sort, you are unlikely to get a refund.

Please tell us why you want this refund and what have you done.  Have you not received an item,   or received one and it's faulty / damaged?  Have you opened a case?

If ebay says it in the system, it is, but time it takes depends on how you pay. Ebay send a standard message and say about 4 days, but that is not necessarily correct.

Yousay you have not received a refund from buyer?. I presume you mean seller?.

When did you buy it?. Was it the item you left feedback for.

If so then you will be out of time on ebay to do anything 

You have 30 days to open a dispute on ebay.

Did you open a dispute?.

If you are out of time then contact your card provider
