paying - the first one I had to wait the full 4 days for them to pay and they didnt pay, and the second one , I accepted and they still haven't paid after 2 full days / their offer also now expired?

eBay allow a buyer 4 full days to pay, after this period you can cancel the sale citing Buyer Hasn't paid,  this gives them an unpaid item strike on their account,  they are only allowed one before buying sanctions take place.

Block them too from returning to your sales,  add their ID's here:
