hi - if I exceed my monthly limit of 250 free listings as per my basic shop subscription then it says any additional listings would be 12p whilst the terms for the shop are 10p.
why is this please?
also , why is it SO difficult to contact Ebay direct - the virtual assistant is hopeless.
