I paid for some goods about a month ago, wasn't expensive so just been waiting. Contacted the user to check on the status 2 weeks ago but not response. I have now raised the request through eBay.

The status is still 'paid' so not marked posted or delivered.

I have notice that ebay have left the seller some automated positive feedback for a successful order. The status isn't posted or delivered, how have they deduced it was all successful and deserving of positive feedback 🤔

That is indeed automated feedback but you can replace it with your own. 

It will be triggered simply by time since sale, nothing else.
