What can a seller do when a fake buyer wins an auction and then states they have no money and wants the item to be donated free to them? They destroy the auction and yet eBay offer no support, nor any penalty against the scammer. Its really frustrating as eBay wont allow any negative feedback about the scammer so they are free to continue their scammong attempts against others.
