Packlink contact - missing parcel

Hi 

sold an item recently and chosen DPD as courier. Dropped parcel off on the 3rd november and have a receipt from the shop. The buyer contacted us to say he has not received the item so started looking into it and the shop told us that it was redirected to packlink which we've never used before. The tracking history ends on 3rd November and there is no update on where the package is currently. Can't contact packlink. No phone number or email or chat option 

Can anyone suggest what to do please 

It's £390 quid we would have to refund and the item is missing
