Hello can someone please explain to me about the buy now listings update what it means, I have read the notification from ebay but still cannot work it out, Thanks Wendy

Do you mean the one about the buyer protection fee?  They have simply made what was a variable fixed fee (but was actually 8p) into a fixed fee of 10p.
