evri refund

hi im pretty new to ebay, i have sent out an item but the item never got to the customer , they was told it was now at a parcel shop, they went to collect it wasnt there, I have had to refund them. but how do i get mt refund from evri for the cost of the goods etc, can anyone help me . i got my label from ebay

With ebay's Simple Delivery the buyer has to open a "not received" case then ebay will issue the refund themselves and you keep the original payment.   Now that you've refunded upfront I'm not sure ebay will help but you can contact them and ask.   Request a callback on here:

As you're a business seller you wont have used simple delivery so will need to claim from Packlink if you bought the label via eBay you can start the claim here https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014270619
