I don't see an immediate issue with the photo,so what has been said about it so far.

Your also trading as a Business on a private account,so best you upgrade to comply with ebay policies etc.

Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

You can keep your existing listings as a private seller

Providing you have permission from the copyright owner top use that stock photo then I can't see an issue.

The listing you do have a problem with is your £1.76 boot fair one - eBay do not allow this kind of 'choice' listing. A listing must show a photo and description of the item for sale, and the Buy It Now price you put is the price it goes for. In theory, all of those items are being sold for £1.76.

To correctly register as a business seller simply go to your Personal Information in your account and to the right of Account Type, which will be showing as 'Individual'  you'll see an Edit option.

This doesn't affect your feedback profile or any current listings, it merely upgrades your account so that you're compliant with current consumer and eBay policy.

@fjdiscounts

All of your shed part listings are also 'choice' listings and not allowed.

The item you list must be the item that the buyer is getting for the price shown.

If eBay spot those (and they will) then each listing will give you as policy breach mark against your account, and you've enough of those listings there to impact it badly, I'd remove them asap.
