ebay postage

I sold items on ebay, after payment ebay produced a link to a postage label. I never used this (I posted directly myself) I never printed it.

Yet ebay have charged me for this postage and taken the money?

As long as you sent the item using a tracked service you can apply to get a refund for the Simple Delivery postage - here:
