was invited by ebay to use the ebay live as a seller, joined the workshop etc and was sent the link to start listing and streaming. everytime i try and start a live i have no video feed on any device. I have tried multiple devices, wifi, mobile network, clearing the caches/cookies, and uninstalling and re-installing the app. i have been in touch with ebay about this but its been over a week now and still no joy. has anyone else had this issue? i have live chat and everything but the video screen just has the loading icon going round and round on a black screen.
