ebay have with held postage payments

Daylight robbers ebay are , they have not forwarded the postage on 2 fishing rods I have sold  ? they have sent payment for both rods , but I am way out of pocket mot receiving postage , and I cannot contact them ?

Did you use Simple Delivery?  If you did then the buyer pays ebay and ebay provides you with a free label.
