ebay has the worst customer services when something goes wrong

well e bay nis just about the wost customer service ive ever known, amazon here i come !! had a transaction go wrong to day twice and its cancelled even though i approved the payment, there is no way to talk to customer services and sort the problem, e bay need to forget there round in circles ai and invest in proper customer services at bthe end of my teather with this useless

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
