I am desperate. Following an update of my stock of which I have eight varieties, my total items sold which totalled 2.3k has gone back to zero. I have been selling this item for years with much competition on eBay. You can imagine this has decimated my sales. I have now contacted eBay agents three times and been told “others have had this problem”. “Do not worry it is in line to be addressed”. That was a week ago. Please can anyone advise on what I can do. This morning my item has sold one, total sales, 1, not 2.3k. My shop still shows the 2.3k.
