ebay chat with a bot assisatance

DPD lost my parcel and they asked me to contact sender in this case it was the Ebay Authentication team but the only way to get attention through ebay is to use the chatbot and when the option for a call back comes up on the screen it dosent work and nothing happens, so basically I cant start an investigation for my 240 quid item that DPD 'lost' and im frustrated.

Open an eBay item not received claim.

It's down to the authentication team to chase this and claim from DPD, not you, you can simply get a full refund.
