I sold some new sandals. Buyer paid for postage label through simple selling. Received an email from ebay saying
"We're contacting you about a return request your buyer opened for strive faro black crocodile leather 39 BNWT. This order was processed through Simple Delivery, so we handled the return on your behalf.
You don't need to take any action and you won't be charged for this refund."
and when I click through it says
"We took care of this return for you
You don't need to refund the buyer, and you will not receive the item back. Thanks for trusting Simple Delivery."
so I have no idea why buyer raised a return request, was given no opportunity to respond, and the buyer gets to keep the sandals without paying for them!
Ebay says case closed and cannot be appealed. What on earth is going on?
