ebay Balance

I have sold an item and it says the monet was transferred to my ebay balance on 3rd October but it hasn't, it is still in Pending. Why?

Looks as though you are classed as a new or returning seller seller, in which case money may continue to be held for a time.

I cannot see your account, but if ebay says it has been released then the money should be in your balance and available to withdraw.
