Hi, We have been a member of eBay for 23 years and over the last year the level of service (Customer Service) has been without doubt the WORST it has ever been in this time. No one seems to care about our issues, generic replies, i've even got cases now of Agents lying to me. The Irish and Germany Reps still seem really good, but recently we have been put through to US and I believe Eastern Asian reps and the level of service has been appaling.
Anyone else had the same.

Must admit, when someone needs to contact Customer Services I do recommend contacting very first thing in the morning when the lines first open for ' live agents' at 8 a.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. on weekends as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
Buyer Protection now makes CS available 24 /7 but can be covered with automated ' agents' and yes, the Philippine call centre is limited in their answers, generally reading answers from prepared sheets.

Thank You. We have had nothing but issues recently especially with the Phillipine and US agents, as I said, Dublin is fantastic and Germany too. I feel so let down recently by eBay.
