I just posted an item the way I've been doing it for 20 years: I print off the invoice, pack the item, and take it to the post office. When I have come to add the tracking, there is no place for me to add it, whats worse is, it is stating that I need to purchase an eBay label and eBay will handle the tracking.
I don't use eBay system, I think what's happened is; the item has been for sale a long time, in the interim, eBay have changed the method of despatch without ever telling me, I haven't noticed it and printed off and sent it as per usual. They are trying everything possible to steer me into using their system.
Now I also cant show it as despatched, so well done eBay, you interfering people
any suggestions?
