eBay sold me a UPS label not fit for purpose

There is no customer support ! I will leave !  eBay sold me a a UPS label, it cost over 40 GBP.  We completed everything correctly and had to find depot to leave it ( no help)  we left there, had notification that custom label and  address were at fault. Tried joining UPS online but could not verify as we have postcodes in U.K. not "zip" and system would not recognize U K. Phone number, wasted two hours online ! Then waited nearly two hours to meet UPS bringing parcel back one morning. Luckily spotted van and got it.  Contacted eBay to try getting refunded for service they mis sold but would not help . Just sent link to totally useless UPS chat service who did not recognize transaction or tracking number ( token deleted). So we have lost this payment and received no service, therefore we are closing three shops with 3,000 + sales and 100% good feedback because eBay do not care , how sad

If you bought the label from eBay / Packlink here's how to get a refund for the used label, you may need to wait 24 hours for the label to appear,  before being able to cancel it.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.
