Hi,
I really hope someone can shed some light on this for me, I'd be really grateful.
I received a 'odd' message from eBay I've never seen before saying 'oops we just missed you..' delivery attempted but nobody in and to contact Royal Mail following the tracking details.
Tracking leads to original listing and says out for delivery.. nothing more but there's no usual email/message from Royal Mail saying that attempt was made and to rearrange and not even a card through the letterbox, nothing. It's a mystery and I don't know what to do. Never been in this situation, can anyone help me please?
Thank you so very much.
Sandra

You can only wait, and keep your fingers crossed that it will sti be delivered. If it hasn't arrived by the latest estimated delivery date you may have a problem.
eBay's money back guarantee policy is that if the tracking record states that delivery was attempted they will treat this as being successfully delivered. Only eBay could have come up with a policy that is a contradiction on terms! (Not to mention contrary to buyer's legal rights.)
Nevertheless, you accepted this in the user agreement. This means that if you have to claim a refund you may have to turn to PayPal or your payment provider e.g. credit or debit card.

I think you need to wait and see what happens over the next few days with the tracking, and hopefully, delivery.
